Gene is a Ho-oh that apprenticed under psychics until she came into PCA. She graduated with flying colors (No pun intended) and decided to come back to the PCA as a teacher in the mastery of foresight. Even though she is not a psychic type, she has proven that you don't need to read minds to know what your opponent is thinking or how they will act.

Gene is probably lying about her age, she acts older then 57. In the town she grew up in, she was called a Gypsy. She had a small store that sold all kinds of goods including vitamins and TM Disk. In moving, she was forced to bring her store with her in a cart.

Gene is more mysterious then she is friendly, her past is questionable but in truth, she has worked an honest life. She seems to know when to make the right decisions.
